Lawyer graduated from Universidad de Lima. Post Graduate studies in the Post Graduate School of the same university in Business Law and Governance and Policy Management studies. Pontificia Universidad Catolica del Peru Official Settler and Arbitrator of the National and International Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce.

He has performed as legal advisor for human resources, fisheries, industrial and air transportation companies; Advisor to the Inter-American Development Bank - BID (In Spanish) and ESAN Post Graduate Business Administration School, in the implementation and execution of development projects.

In the Public Sector, he has filled in positions and legal management in the labor and employment promotion sector; social security; and power generation. Likewise, he has led entities devoted to family and childhood protection. Finally, he was filled one of the three Directions of the Peruvian Private Investment Promotion Agency, PROINVERSION (in Spanish). In the guild area he is the representative of Peru at the Latin American Air Transport Association, ALTA (in Spanish).

Lawyer graduated from Universidad de Lima, major in Aeronautical Law and Aviation Management, with administration and business organization studies at the International Air Transport Association - IATA and the Peruvian Air Force School.

During her career, she has performed as legal advisor for air transport companies regarding legal administration of the aeronautical crew and staff. She has broad knowledge of national and foreign customs and technical aeronautical legislation and procedural regulations to obtain air commercial rights before the Civil Aviation Authority in Peru and abroad.

Likewise, she has broad experience in all matters related to aircraft contracts, leasings, wet leasings and purchasing. She is an advisor regarding passengers and cargo liability and aviation insurances, as well as all other matters regarding aviation clients.

At the guild level, she is Past President and current director of the International Air Transport Companies Association - AETAI (In Spanish). She is current director of the Peruvian Air Companies Association - APEA (In Spanish) and of the Business Alliance for Secure Commerce – BASC. She is also a representative of the Latin American Air Transport Association, ALTA (in Spanish) and member of the Airport Users Advisory Board - OSITRAN.

In the public field, she acted as Vice President for the Civil Aeronautics Advisory Board of the Transport and Communication Ministry and she is the current airline representative before the Customs Advisory Board as General Representative of different national and international air companies.

She was professor of the Governance, Public Management and Aeronautical Law Master’s Degree Course at Universidad San Martín de Porres and of the Spain IT Aérea Aeronautical Bussiness School. She is external advisor regarding aeronautical matters of international entities such as the Andean Community of Nations, the Colombian Air Transport Association, representative in Peru of the Latin American Air Transport Association (ALTA in Spanish), as well as National and International lecturer.
