• Recording of monthly transactions according to the service and preparation of monthly Financial Statements or those required by the COMPANY, which includes the Balance Sheet and the Income Statement, as well as the Notes, Annexes, and the budgetary performance of Income and Expense accounts.
  
  
• Monthly preparation of tax settlements, social contributions, AFP contributions, and all other obligations that the COMPANY must fulfill in favor of collecting and auditing agencies.
  
  
• Guidance on the timely preparation of annual Financial Statements, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Statement of Cash Flows.
  
  
• Maintenance and safekeeping of the company's accounting records, allowing access to information for documentary inquiries, audits, and reviews that are necessary to address requirements from corporate bylaws, as well as from regulatory bodies.
